Old stables beside the canal at Dunham Massey, converted into a National Trust holiday let.

Scope of works

1. Internal strip-out, with structural repairs to the roof timbers, and re-roofing
2. New insulated concrete floor slabs, insulated walls and lime plaster
3. Full mechanical and electrical installation, with an air source heat pump and underfloor heating
4. New hardwood windows with slimline double glazing
5. Limestone floors and a bespoke kitchen
6. Externally: brick replacement, repointing in lime mortar, drainage and landscaping
