Community projects usually come with a volunteer board, a funder and a whole village watching. We build those relationships deliberately. At Nenthead, the client wrote that the effort to work with residents was "an important aspect of the project for us".
They are delivering top end conservation repairs as well as beautifully finished new work, on budget and on programme.
