- Full strip-out, with new structural openings to the morning room
- Insulated plaster to all external walls
- A mechanical and electrical installation with an air source heat pump
- A new fitted kitchen and a rebuilt utility
- Fascia boards replaced, and full decoration
- A new sewage treatment plant and drainage
