St Bartholomew's, Moreton Corbet

High-level repairs to a Grade I church, including the roofs over the Corbet family pew, and a new WC in a rebuilt store.

Scope of works

1. The tower roof replaced, along with the south pitch of the south aisle and both pitches over the Corbet family pew
2. A structurally unstable store building partly demolished and rebuilt as existing, with a new roof and dry lining, to house a new WC
3. Landscaping to form an even route from the existing path to the new WC
4. New below-ground drainage, a mains water connection and a trench-arch drainage system for foul water
