1. Five micro piles installed beneath the east bay window by a specialist contractor
2. Masonry repairs to the bay window
3. Full rake-out and repoint of the east elevation in hydraulic lime mortar
4. Rainwater goods refurbished
5. Stained glass repairs by specialist contractors
6. Windows, fascias and dormers fully redecorated
7. The stone-flagged path taken up and relaid over new drains
