Stonemasonry & repair
Adrian and Marcus are time-served stonemasons. Every project still starts with a mason's eye: what the stone is doing, why it has failed, and how little we need to replace to put it right.
We dismantle, repair and rebuild masonry at height: pinnacles, parapets, chimney stacks, tracery and mullions. We indent new stone only where the old has truly failed, and match the bed, colour and tooling of what is already there.
Corroding iron cramps and dowels are among the most common causes of stone failure we see. We take them out and rebuild on stainless steel, so the same crack doesn't come back in twenty years.
